Calculate the precise age or interval between two dates
The age calculator uses the most common age system where age increases on a person's birthday. For example, someone who has lived for 3 years and 11 months is considered 3 years old. When calculating date ranges involving month ends (e.g., Feb 28 to Mar 31), we count complete months and remaining days for precise calculations.
Different cultures may calculate age differently. Some count years including the current year, while others start at birth. This calculator follows the Western system used in most countries.
